LaVie Skinthetics was built to be the medspa Armie Diaz wanted to visit herself — one that actually listened before it treated, one where every provider was a specialist in what they did, one where you left feeling taken care of rather than upsold.
We are a full-service medspa and wellness studio in Federal Way, Washington. Under one roof: custom facials, medical aesthetics, body sculpting, medical weight loss, wellness, and our signature LaVie Skin Couture protocols. One philosophy runs through all of it — personalise, don’t prescribe.
We’re small on purpose. A registered nurse, three master estheticians, and a calendar we keep honest. We’d rather see fewer clients well than more clients fast.

Armie opened LaVie Skinthetics with one idea — that a medspa should feel like care, not a transaction. Every provider we bring on is chosen because they treat their craft the way our clients want us to treat them.
Anheline Ladanyak
Anheline leads our medical aesthetics side — injectables, medical weight loss, and advanced protocols. Every medical treatment starts with a short intake with Anheline so the plan matches your history and goals.
Hoi Ton
Hoi specialises in facials and skin treatments. If you're coming in for custom facials, peels, or dermaplaning, Hoi is likely who you'll work with — calm, thorough, and honest about what your skin actually needs.
Marlen Aceves
Marlen focuses on body sculpting, contouring, and wellness. She builds your plan around the results you want and the pace you can sustain — no gimmicks, no guarantees we can't honour.
Savanah Premeau
Savanah runs our signature LaVie Skin Couture protocols and advanced facial treatments. She's the one clients ask for when they want the full experience end-to-end.
