These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services offered by La Vie Skinthetics Wellness Spa, LLC, doing business as LaVie Skinthetics(the “Spa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Deposits

Appointments are by reservation. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability with your preferred provider. Certain treatments — including injectables, laser, medical weight loss, and advanced protocols — may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking.

The Spa reserves the right to collect a non-refundable deposit for any appointment. The deposit remains as a credit on your account and will be applied toward your scheduled treatment or, where applicable, toward future services in line with this policy.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

Cancellations made within the required notice period, or a failure to show, will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a charge of a percentage of the booked service cost. This policy applies to credits, packages, and gift certificates unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund, Return & Payment Policy

Full payment is due at the time of service unless an alternate arrangement has been made. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued on services, packages, or credits. Where applicable, amounts may be exchanged for spa credit only.

4. Late Arrivals

You may arrive up to 15 minutes late. If you arrive beyond that window, your service time may be shortened to maintain the schedule for other clients. You will be responsible for full-service fees regardless of shortened treatment time.

5. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health, medical, and contact information
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by our staff
• Inform us of any changes in your health, medications, or medical condition prior to treatment

The Spa reserves the right to refuse service if guidelines are not followed or if a condition is deemed unsuitable for treatment.

6. Minimum Age Requirement

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during all treatments and consultations. By scheduling or receiving services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or are accompanied by a qualifying adult.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number through the La Vie Skinthetics Wellness Spa, LLC, doing business as LaVie Skinthetics chat widget and affirmatively accepting the consent statement displayed by the widget at the point of submission, you agree to receive customer-care and service-related text messages from us. These messages may include responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination tied to an open inquiry, and follow-up communications related to an existing support interaction. Our SMS program does not include promotional or marketing content.

Full details of our SMS program — including the verbatim consent statement shown by the chat widget, the opt-in confirmation message, frequency, rates, HELP, STOP, and data-sharing policies — are described in our Privacy Policy, Section 2.

Message frequency varies based on the status of your support interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

La Vie Skinthetics Wellness Spa, LLC, doing business as LaVie Skinthetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of La Vie Skinthetics Wellness Spa, LLC, doing business as LaVie Skinthetics and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
